Alon Goldstein

Fez sua estreia com orquestra aos 18 anos, com a Filarmônica de Israel, sob a direção de Zubin Mehta, e retornou por várias vezes com o maestro Herbert Blomstedt, interpretando o Concerto No 1, de Beethoven. Nas recentes temporadas, atuou com a Filarmônica de Los Angeles, Orquestra Philadelphia e as sinfônicas de San Francisco, Baltimore, St. Louis, Houston, Vancouver, Kansas City, Indianópolis e Carolina do Norte, além de orquestras na França, Rússia, Romênia e Bulgária. Também mantém uma presença constante em gravações pelo selo Naxos, incluindo concertos para piano de Mozart. Apaixonado por educação musical, atuou como professor no Steans Institute of the Ravinia Festival, no Gilmore International Keyboard Festival e no “Tel Hai” International Piano Masterclasses em Israel. Venceu inúmeras competições, como Arianne Katcz Piano Competition em Tel Aviv, Nena Wideman Competition nos Estados Unidos, e o Francois Shapira Competition, em Israel.


Made his orchestral debut at the age of 18, with the Israel Philharmonic, under the direction of Zubin Mehta, and returned several times with conductor Herbert Blomstedt, performing Beethoven’s Concerto No. 1. In recent seasons, he has performed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra and the San Francisco, Baltimore, St. Louis, Houston, Vancouver, Kansas City, Indianapolis and North Carolina symphonies, as well as orchestras in France, Russia, Romania and Bulgaria. He also maintains a constant presence in recordings under the Naxos label, including Mozart’s piano concerts. Passionate about music education, he served as a teacher at the Steans Institute of the Ravinia Festival, at the Gilmore International Keyboard Festival and at the “Tel Hai” International Piano Masterclasses in Israel. He won numerous competitions, such as Arianne Katcz Piano Competition in Tel Aviv, Nena Wideman Competition in the United States, and Francois Shapira Competition, in Israel.
