Formado em 2008, pelo judeu Yaron Kohlberg e pelo árabe Bishara Haroni, o Duo estreou na Opera House, em Oslo, Noruega, mostrando ao mundo não só um excelente resultado musical como uma mensagem de paz e amizade. Realizaram concertos no Concert Hall (Genebra), Metropolitan Museum (Nova Iorque), Kimmel Center (Philadelphia), Asahi Hall (Tóquio), Beijing Concert hall (Pequim), Beethoven Hall (Bonn), Teatro Colón (Buenos Aires) e Sala São Paulo (São Paulo), além do Vaticano. Bishara e Yaron buscam uma combinação da música clássica e world music. Recentemente compuseram uma peça onde combinam os hinos nacionais de Israel e da Palestina. Yaron Kohlberg, desde 2018, é o presidente e CEO do Cleveland International Piano Competition. Apresentou-se em salas de concerto em mais de quarenta países, tendo vencido também dez prêmios internacionais de piano. Realizou sua graduação, com distinção na Universidade de Tel Aviv. Atuou como solista no Carnegie Hall, em Nova Iorque, no Kremlin, em Moscou, no Hall da Forbidden City, em Pequim, Residenz, em Munique, Salle Cortot, em Paris, Bellas Artes na Cidade do México, entre outros teatros. Bishara Haroni nasceu em Nazaré – Israel. Se graduou na Academia de Música e Dança em Hanover, Alemanha. Com 24 anos, tocou no Carnegie Hall, em Nova Iorque e tocou com orquestras, como London Philharmonic, Valencia Symphony Orchestra, Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, Israel Philharmonic, entre outras, atuando com os maestros Zubin Mehta, Lorin Maazel e Daniel Barenboim. Como músico de câmara, atuou em teatros como Berlin Philharmonie, BBC Proms em Londres e Mozarteum em Salzburg.

Bishara and Yaron search for a combination of Classical and World Music. Recently they composed a piece where they combine the national anthems of Israel and Palestine. Since 2018, Yaron Kohlberg is the president and CEO of the Cleveland International Piano Competition. He performed in concert rooms in over forty countries, having won ten international piano awards. He graduated with distinction from the University of Tel Aviv. He worked as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, in New York, at the Kremlin, in Moscow, in the hall of the Forbidden City, in Beijing, Residenz, in Munich, Salle Cortot, in Paris, Bellas Artes in Mexico City, among other theaters.
